Submit Content for HC Newsletter

Subject Line should be specific, concise and action oriented for the target audience, i.e. HC students. For example, instead of using the subject line "Scholarship Application Open," use the subject line "Apply Now for the LB Legacy Scholarship"

The newsletter goes out every Monday, so select which Monday you'd like your content to run. At our discretion, we may run your content more than once, depending on the nature of the content. ALL CONTENT MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN THE END OF PRIOR THURSDAY in order for it to appear in the following week's newsletter. If you enter a date that is not a Monday, we will schedule it to run upon the next Monday (for example, if you input Sept 3 for your content [a Tuesday], the content will not run until Sept 9 [the following Monday]).

Cover all the basics of who, what, when, where - and - depending on the content, you might want to include how. There is another section where you will enter a link if students can read more about your content elsewhere, for example, on PIN.
