Kristina Clement

Kristina Clement is the faculty associate for LEAD with Honors in the Honors College at Georgia State University. She is also director of Leadership Programs and provides training and support to students seeking to build leadership skills on an individual, group, or societal level. Kristina is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and utilizes her training to provide individual coaching as well as team facilitations using the StrengthsFinder assessment. Kristina has experience working with residence life, first-year programs and leadership development. She received her bachelor’s degree from Winthrop University, her master’s degree in college student personnel from Miami University (Ohio) and her doctorate degree in educational policy studies from Georgia State.
