Honors College Study Abroad Scholarship Application
Established in 2016, in bequest of Mary Lou Grabbe, a lifelong supporter of Georgia State University and international education, to provide financial support for Honors College students enrolled in a credit-bearing study abroad program. The award is a one-time $1000 scholarship (awarded at time of enrollment) for international study and is open to Honors students of any major who are also in good standing in the Honors College. At the time of application, applicants must be in the process of enrolling in a credit-bearing study abroad or international internship program.
Preference is given for programs sponsored by GSU, and those that take place in non-traditional locales. Applicants must not be planning to study in countries that are currently under a U.S. Department of State Travel Warning. Applications will be accepted through 5 p.m. on November 3, 2017.
