Honors Housing

We invite you to learn more about our Honors Living-Learning Communities (LLC). Our Honors LLCs are housed in the University Commons (Building A, Floors 10-13) and Patton Hall.

Please take a moment to learn more about our Honors Living-Learning Community (LLC), here are a list of our frequently asked questions.

We currently have two Honors LLCs. One is in the University Commons, Georgia State's premier apartment-style community. All units have four bedrooms and two bathrooms and come with fully-equipped kitchens, furnished bedrooms, and living spaces. Each individual private bedroom is wired for high-speed internet, voice and cable T.V. services. ADA-accessible apartments are also available.

Our other Honors LLC is in Patton Hall, Georgia State's suite-style first year residence hall. Two resident rooms are connected by a bathroom. The suite has a total occupancy of three residents. One bedroom per suite is a double occupancy room (151 to 178 square feet), and one bedroom is a single occupancy room (106 to 124 square feet). The suites feature a lockable built-in closet for each resident, wall to wall carpeting, an extra-long (36 inches by 80 inches) twin bed, a three drawer dresser, and a desk and chair. Each room includes one or two windows with shades. There are limited ADA accessible suites available. Call and let us know if one of these suites would be best for you.

The Honors LLCs are only open to students who are members of the Honors College, both roommates must be in Honors.
A and B share a bathroom, as do C and D.
You’ll live in a community of like-minded scholars, with access to educational programming, study sessions, and social activities.
