Day in the Life of an Honors College Student: Kayla Phillips

Posted On April 14, 2014 by video by Richard Greenwood, Honors College Class of 2017

What’s it like to be an Honors student? Psychology major Kayla Phillips let us follow her around for a day to find out. Now in her junior year, Kayla takes advantage of all Georgia State’s urban Atlanta campus has to offer.

Whether studying in one of the Honors College lounges, grabbing a bite to eat at one of the dining halls, working at her on-campus job, or attending a basketball game with some friends, Kayla embodies so much of the Honors experience. Be sure to check out this video to learn all about a day in the life of a Georgia State Honors College student.

Special thanks to Stephen S. Hau, Georgia State University Recreation Center and Georgia State Men’s Basketball Program for their assistance in creating video footage.
